1. 6-Month Elastic Guarantee – We Stand by Our Quality!
We guarantee that the elastic in our socks will stay snug for 6 months from the date of purchase. If the elastic loosens within this period, we will replace your pair absolutely free!
🔹 Eligibility for Replacement:
- Applies only to elastic-related issues (looseness, loss of grip).
- Normal wear and tear (such as holes, fabric thinning) is not covered.
- Proof of purchase and a clear image of the affected socks are required.
- Replacement is valid for one-time per pair within the guarantee period.
🔹 How to Claim Your Replacement:
- Email us at support@sockscarving.com with your order details.
- Attach clear photos showing the elastic issue.
- Our team will review and process your free replacement within 5-7 business days.
2. Standard Return & Exchange Policy
✔ Returns & Exchanges Accepted Within 7 Days of Delivery
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
🔹 Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Items purchased on discount or clearance sale are non-returnable.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

- Provide your order details and product images.
- If eligible, we will arrange for pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized socks.
- Torn socks
- Items purchased during final sale events.
