At SocksCarving, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on socks that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos showing the product and packaging

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing

  • Additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect products only.

For size or style changes, we recommend placing a new order and returning eligible unused items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn socks

  • Washed socks

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
