This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Free)

  • Cost: Free

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–7 Business Days

Standard Shipping is available on all eligible orders within the United States at no additional charge.

Express Shipping

  • Cost: $15.00

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 Business Days

Express Shipping is available for customers who would like faster delivery.

Please note that delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United States.

At this time, international shipping may be limited or unavailable depending on destination.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
